What cookies are
Cookies are small values a website stores through your browser. They can maintain a secure session, remember a choice, or support site measurement. Similar storage technologies may serve related functions.
Essential SlotDeck cookies
Account session cookies
Supabase Auth uses secure session cookies to keep you signed in, refresh authenticated sessions, and protect account access. Their names may include a SlotDeck Supabase project reference. They are used only for authentication and security, not advertising.
Anonymous game-engagement cookie
If you rate or like a game while signed out, SlotDeck may set the HTTP-only slotdeck_guest cookie for up to one year. It contains a random token. SlotDeck stores only a one-way hash of that token with the selected rating or like so the site can remember your selection and maintain aggregate community counts.
Aggregate analytics
SlotDeck uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and feature performance. SlotDeck's implementation does not use advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral profiles. Hosting providers may still process standard request and security logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your cookie controls
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account sign-in, session continuity, or the ability to remember an anonymous rating or like. Signing out ends the active SlotDeck account session locally; clearing site data removes locally stored cookies.
Questions about SlotDeck's use of cookies can be sent through the contact page.
